Breakfast was perfect. Local selection, fruits, pastries. Room was big and comfortable beds. Bathroom very nice, shower and bath tube etc. We're on the 7th floor with city view. Railways below no problem at all.

It was a lovely visit. The room was clean, comfortable and offered what it should. The hotel is well located, in front of it there is a tram station , very convenient to move around the entire city. A few steps away was also the suburban train station which made everything accessible. Across the street there is a supermarket and a pharmacy, but the hotel also offers a 24/7 self service supply station in case you need a snack or drink. The lobby was great for an afternoon beer and hot chocolate. We did not have tome to visit the restaurant but Loft14 was definitely worth the visit. We would visit again. P.s. the small sachet you leave outside the door when you do not want cleaning service, fills with snacks, lovely gesture for those who think a bit more green.

I like the size of the room and location. Petrol station, Aldi supermarket, dm shop, just next to the hotel. But the parking was expensive.

Really spacious room: small little table, one big comfy wing chair, a desk that was big enough to work from there, comfortable beds, amazingly soft duvet covers, staff was super friendly and helpful, best bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel of this category, cool ambient lighting, accessible sauna and huge gym with up to date equipment. Location is super convenient even though it is not perfect in the city center you are faster at some major attraction spots than if you are directly located in the centre. If you don’t need cleaning every day you will get a small surprise appreciation from the staff.

A four star hotel with excellent-but expensive facilities. It is located about 20-30 minutes from the city centre and there is a tram stop directly opposite with frequent services and a railway station about 100 metres further from that. Modern, comfortable, clean rooms with a high standard of fittings and fixtures.

The hotel is so nice, big open rooms and very friendly staff. The top floor bar is very comfortable with a great view of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious and the shower is amazing, the water pressure is really strong which I loved. There is a tram and underground station right outside the hotel which was so convenient and a supermarket and pharmacy directly across the road which has everything you need. For the small amount I paid, I couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was. 100% would recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was is really helpful abd friendly. I had to check-out late and they (Mr. Daniel in reception in particular) gave me extra time without any issue. Rooms are quite spacious and luxurious. We did not have breakfast nor dinner so cant say anything about the kitchen. Overall, the hotel is really good value for its money.

Nice big rooms, comfy bed, big bathroom, kettle and fridge in room, nicely decorated, very close to train and tram stop, supermarkets nearby, area seems safe, very clean. Takes about an hour and 20 mins to walk to the very centre of Berlin which is a nice walk although there's plenty of public transport available. The concierge lent me an iron and ironing board which was very handy. He said just leave it in the room we'll get it after you've left, nice view of tower from the room, nice big windows. I was paying about £95 a night I think and that's while the Euros was on so that seemed good value.

Got a free upgrade because the AC was not working in my room. The room I finally got looked amazing and had a great view. Still, the AC was not working well but I signed a form to fully open the window and that was enough. You need to be careful with the pigeons though 😂. The hotel has a free sauna and gym as well and many vending machines. There are train and tram stations almost at the door.
